Meet the Expert Team

Chet Wesenberg

Principal Architect

A man with a mission, Chet and his family moved back to their hometown to start a business based on passion. The process was clear from the start, he would need to design and build the spaces to help business owners grow and thrive. Chet knew that finding details that make up the function of each building meant he could design and build the one-of-a-kind projects that would wow owners and the public alike.

When Chet isn't working, he is usually found golfing, skiing or spending time with his three daughters.

Corey Wallace

Senior Architect

Meet Corey, our Senior Architect, and a wonderful father, husband, as well as one of our dry humor experts. Corey will be accommodating you by meeting any needs or requests you may have at every stage of the project’s development. His primary focus relates to construction documentation and administration, but he also provides project assistance to ensure everything is going smoothly throughout your experience.

Michael Noffke

Architect

Michael is another one of our dry humor experts, a licensed architect, and accomplished designer. You’ll meet him early in the process where he’s focused on planning and design, while helping to bring your project's vision into reality. With over 20 years of experience, he applies technical skills and thoughtful analysis, creating practical solutions with comfortable aesthetics.

Outside of the office, he can be found preparing delicious food or enjoying one of his many outdoor hobbies.

Dean Glatting

Senior Technical Designer

Collaborating with the staff Architects, outside consultants, and Engineers, Dean's passion lies with unique projects which become part of the fabric of the community in which we live. One example is the Smith School Apartments in Oshkosh, a historic preservation project providing low-incoming housing.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, Brewers games, ice fishing, grilling out, traveling, and home improvement projects.

Tim Hess

Business Manager

Hands down the best hair on the team! Our business manager, Tim, is making sure everything goes as planned for everyone in the office so that your experience goes as smoothly as possible. With extensive experience in commercial project planning, he's a valuable asset to the early stages of development.

At home, he is often found being "geeky" and learning the newest technology or hanging out with his wife and kids.

Becki Wesenberg

Realtor

Becki is not only native to Oshkosh, but she has also been with the Wesenberg family since we were born in 2004. She and Chet have been married for many happy years, and she has always enjoyed developing the business with him. As a licensed Realtor, she also helps our clients with the sale and purchase of property.

When Becki isn't working, you will find her catching up with her three daughters. If she had to be an animal, she would be a dog. We think it is because of her true love for her pup, Josi.

Kyle Coenen

Designer

Kyle is our Designer and is often analyzing design details to stay ahead of any potential issues. He's also a key voice in identifying construction standards, material limits, and researching how code requirements effect each unique project.

A country boy at heart, he proves it by having the longest commute to the office so he can have a short drive to the North Woods. His favorite part of his job is walking through the home at completion and seeing his ideas brought to life.

Claire Stollfus

Interior Designer

Claire is a wife, a mom to a little boy, and a dog mom too. If you caught her on a Saturday, you would probably see her enjoying the outdoors or trying a new supper club. During your experience, you will spend time with her at showrooms and in-house meetings to help make selections that create an environment that is modern yet timeless.

Christal Gabriel

Interior Designer

Christal was first a client of ours in 2019, and now is an important member of our team. You may meet Christal during your finish selections process where she will help fine tune all the details of your property to create a space where you can be successful. On the weekends you can find Christal “glamping” (glam camping) with her two beautiful, growing daughters and the biggest kid of all, her husband Matt
