Historic Downtown Headquarters
Our client was looking to turn a historic downtown building into a distinctive, modern office space for their expanding technology business. In cooperation with the State Historical society and National Park Service, we planned a detailed renovation which was augmented by Historical Tax Credits. The result was an efficient, yet stylistic space that perfectly met the client's needs.
