This project revitalizes the historic Miles Kimball warehouse, originally built in 1919, into contemporary residential lofts in Downtown Oshkosh’s emerging Sawdust District. This four-story adaptive reuse highlights the building’s industrial heritage with exposed mass timber framing and 13-foot-high wood ceilings, while integrating modern, loft-style finishes for a bold yet respectful blend of old and new.
